This sleek and sexy design almost didn’t happen! The clients partnered with McAulay Construction upon the purchase of this beautiful property. The original designs by multiple designers were not exactly what the owners were looking for – so there was a major pivot and exploration of multiple unique and modern designs – thinking outside of the traditional Muskoka style box and materials. The talented Toronto architect, D’Arcy Dunal, was hired, and this stunning modern design was the final result. Exclusive materials such as Brazilian walnut, clear BC cedar, leathered stone countertops, and custom floating staircase were installed to accentuate the modern appeal.
